Wine
- an appellation in the Jura region of eastern France that is known especially for its vin jaune. Arbois produces mostly white wine from Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes, including a sparkling white wine, Arbois Mousseux, made from Chardonnay grapes using the méthode champenoise, but also some rosé and light red wines from Pinot Noir, Poulsard (a local variety) and Trousseau grapes.
