  • A hot sauce from St Vincent made from chilli peppers deseeded and finely sliced, bitter gourds boiled in salt water drained and seeds removed and the flesh thinly sliced, finely chopped onions, Caribbean cilantro, sliced raw carrot, chives, parsley and finely chopped garlic marinated in vinegar, lime juice and oil with salt and pepper. Used with fish etc.
