  • A pot of flavoured stock at the table kept boiling over a heater, into which guests dip very thin slices of raw, possibly marinated, leg of lamb using chopsticks or a fondue fork. When cooked in a few seconds, they are eaten with a variety of dips and relishes. The cooking liquor remaining may have eggs and soya sauce, etc. added and is consumed by the diners.
