The second layer is crustless white bread moistened with milk and mixed with beaten eggs, and the top layer is mashed potatoes, plain or piped decoratively. Baked at 180┬░C for 30 minutes, brushed with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs for the last 5 minutes to form a crust.
