Food

  • A variety of warm seawater fish of various species, but all with firm white flesh. Found in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and similar warm waters. Colours vary from grey-green through blue to red and brown, often with contrasting coloured spots. Lengths are usually in the range 30 cm to 1 m and weights from 2 to 10 kg.
