  • An alloy composed of metals which in their pure state are not ferromagnetic. Such an alloy may consist, for instance, of approximately 50% copper, 25% manganese, and 25% tin. Alternatively, the copper may be substituted with silver, and the tin with an element such as aluminum or bismuth.
