  • A rum-flavoured cake made by the creaming method from flour, sugar, butter, separated eggs and ground almonds (2:3:2:4:1) with 8 teaspoonfuls (6 g) of baking powder per kg of flour, creaming with egg yolks and folding in the stiffly beaten egg whites after the flour. The cake is flavoured with lemon zest and rum-soaked dried vine fruits and baked at roughly 175°C.
