  • A savoury turnover or similar made from pastry wrapped around a filling or from a stuffed pitta-type bread
  • Bread dough made into parcels filled with a mixture of beef suet, red chilli peppers, and fresh parsley, all finely chopped with ground cumin and paprika. Allowed to prove then docked and fried in butter until crisp and golden. Served hot.
