  • A Spanish breakfast dish consisting of fried breadcrumbs, flavoured with garlic, bacon and peppers
  • Tender cubed lean pork and beef, coated with massa de pimentão overnight and each sautéed separately in olive oil and bacon fat until brown. The pan juices deglazed with water, mixed with fried diced bacon, sweated garlic and chunks of moistened stale bread, seasoned as required, beaten until fluffy and served with the beef and pork.
