  • The presence of multiple radio signals arriving simultaneously at the same location, each via a different path. The signals usually arrive from the same source, and two paths may result, for instance, if a direct ray and a reflected ray are received at once. Depending on the interaction of the waves, there may be constructive or destructive interference. Also spelled multi-path.
