Electronics

  • A MOS technology in which an n-type channel is used, making electrons the charge carriers. Since electrons move faster than holes, such devices are faster than PMOS, in which mobile holes are the charge carriers. Also called NMOS technology.
  • A semiconductor device incorporating the technology described in NMOS (1). Also called NMOS device.
