Electronics

  • A MOS technology in which a p-type channel is used, making mobile holes the charge carriers. Since holes move slower than electrons, such devices are slower than NMOS, in which electrons are the charge carriers. Also called PMOS technology.
  • A semiconductor device incorporating the technology described in PMOS (1). Also called PMOS device.
