  • In a stereo audio system, the channel intended for speaker output situated to the right of a listener. Also called right stereo channel.
  • In a multiple-channel or surround sound audio system, a channel intended for speaker output situated to the right of a listener. This may be, for instance, either from the right front speaker, or the right rear speaker.
