  • A method of writing to an optical disk, such as a DVD or CD, in which multiple recording sessions are utilized. Used, for instance, to record a single music CD from multiple sources on different occasions. This contrasts, for instance, with disc-at-Once, in which all data is transferred continuously without interruptions. This also contrasts with Track-at-Once, where each track is recorded independently.
