  • An open pie lined with shortcrust pastry and filled with a mixture of curds or cottage cheese, butter, egg yolks, sugar, cake crumbs and currants (8:4:3:1:1:1) plus lemon zest, brandy and a pinch of salt combined by the creaming method. Baked at 180 to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
