wheat starch dough



  • A dough suitable for food wrappers made from 2 parts wheat starch, 1 part tapioca starch and a little salt, briskly mixed with 4 parts of boiling water and a little oil, kept warm whilst resting then kneaded to a silky soft dough. Small chestnut-sized pieces can be rolled out or pressed out with the fingers or back of a knife.
