Identified by their social uniform of khaki trousers, white trainers, a plaid flannel collared button-down shirt with a white cotton T-shirt underneath and a white baseball cap that has either a sports team or fraternity logo on it: white-hats are usually members of a fraternity and are condemned by non-members for their lack of individuality.
