Yagi antenna



  • A highly directional antenna with multiple straight elements which lie along the same plane and are parallel to each other. The antenna typically has one driven element and two or more passive elements utilized as reflectors and directors, all approximately 0.5 electrical wavelengths. Widely used, for instance, for TV and radio signals. Also called Yagi, Yagi-Uda antenna, Yagi array, or Yagi-Uda array.
