  • Boneless pork loin simmered in water until tender and most of the water has evaporated, cooled, cut in 2 cm cubes and simmered for 10 minutes in soya sauce, sake, sugar and sliced ginger root and a little water, more soya sauce and sugar added and all evaporated to dryness. Served with minced spring onions.
